I needed a chair for my home office and my company had a discount option for this company. Maybe it was due to me being in the same area as the warehouse; however, I was very impressed with the short time it took from order to delivery. Package was well secured and item was in great shape. Will order from them again.

The item ordered was exactly what was received and it works as promised. The review would be five stars if an update on shipping was provided within seven days of the order being placed instead of eleven days after it was placed.

My chair arrived broken box was intact contacted customer service to get a replacement I was sent an email to fill out even sent back pictures and have not heard a thing in over a week!!!

Horrible return service…. Paid more to send back than what I paid for items. I wanted to do an exchange for the correct size of hard chair seats ( they weren’t custom made ) .. I wont be ordering from them again & the RESTOCKING FEE IS OUTRAGEOUS!! Like almost 40% of the order. Never again!! Waiting for the bill for that.. ????????????????????????
