Beyond Nice

Sell cheap hot tub covers. For the premium price you would think it would last long than 90 days. Fabric discoloring and skirt does hold up to normal wind. Stay away from this company.

I emailed them 6 times which is the only option to get ahold of any body, I never did get a response. Its hard to believe they could run a business this way. Watch out they do business under 3 different names that I have found. Hot Tub Cover Depot, BeyondNice Hot Tub, Spa Cover Inc.

Just received my long awaited cover. Waited almost 4 months for it. Excitement fulfilled me. Upon delivery ( not to my house, which I paid for) there was a set of holes in box. Looking in the holes there was no visible damage to the cover. Mind that it is a blizzard and -4 degrees outside. Needless to say upon getting back to the house, damage to cover from something that was internally projected into those holes.
Call in to manufacture and said to claim it with freight. Freight says to file online. Online says to open an account. Upon attempts to open account, 2 day waiting period. Seems to be nobody is responsible anything anymore. All I wanted was a new spa cover. High dollar paid out. Zero satisfaction received.

SPENT $450 ON A NEW HOT TUB COVER THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED WITH A HOLE THROUGH IT AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP FIX IT OR MAKE IT RIGHT AT ALL! STATING THAT THE ONLY THING I COULD DO WOULD BE TO BUY A NEW COVER TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED ONE THEY SENT ME
