Found these guys while searching for credit repair tips on YouTube. I decided that instead of fumbling around myself, I'd enlist their help. The onboarding process was done within a matter of hours and they are very responsive. If you're looking for a way to repair your credit reports, but are either too afraid, or too lazy to do the work, these guys can help. Highly Recommend.

The initial experience with Awesome Life Group has been good so far. There onboarding process and progress tracking is automated to ensure transparency and favorable progression. The staff has been helpful and informative to ensure I understand my commitment and next steps.

UPDATE: After leaving a poor review ALG tried calling me once then left personal information as a response to my review. Then held my review hostage by not removing it unless I call them or delete my review.
Their auto billing process resulted in me having to call a few days after they attempted to bill me in order to ensure my account got paid and my credit repair continued. Their response indicated this is why they terminated my account, which is more information than they gave me when they terminated my account. Anything they managed to achieve happened in the first couple months of service, the remaining months out of the 21 months I spent with them was wasted money.

Their account specialists dragged their feet for months and didnt send letters. My credit rose a few points at the beginning when they did something, but I've gone up more points since quitting their service than I did the three years I was a member with them. I paid way too much money for the service I received.

Update at the end.

I watch Brandon Weaver on YouTube, his videos are great and helpful, but after using this service for a couple of months I would not recommend. I only had 3 items that I needed assistance with and the company drags out the process of sending letters to collect more money from their clients.

That has been my experience. It would’ve been cheaper for me to pay collectors as opposed to using this company. I would not recommend using them unless you have a lot of items you need assistance with.

I am waiting to be assigned someone new to manage my account and depending on how that goes I will provide an update. There’s a chance it’s solely the person assigned to my account.

UPDATE: I was able to speak with Penny who was very helpful. She heard my concerns and really made a great effort to rectify the situation. They understood and refunded me. Due to how they resolved this I see they care about their clients and are trying to help.

After a year of service, this was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Paying $150 a month plus an extra $50 required subscription for their service , several months in, my account specialist left the company without telling me. I was then assigned a new one that did almost nothing for me. After noticing no activity on my account, and not getting any replies to my messages for months, I called just to find out that the “new specialist” on my account was no longer with the company and the third “new” one just had not bothered to get in touch with me. Months of nothing done on my account. When we called to speak to customer service about this… with intentions of staying. They weren’t interested in talking about it- instead just asked if we wished to cancel our services! At this point I feel like they could have at least refunded me a few months for the time no one was doing anything on my account. After leaving their services, 6 months later I found out that the “name change request letter” they claimed they submitted (my name changed due to marriage), never happened. So honestly I don’t know what they were doing for a solid 6 months of my year of service.
I am so disappointed. I am shocked that they can treat their customers this way! It feels like a scam. Charging people for services when they are doing nothing! It’s taking advantage of people trying to clean up their credit. I most certainly do not, and will not recommend this service to anyone looking to clean up their credit. You are better off taking the money you would pay for this service and cleaning it up yourself.

I started working with the Awesome Life Group in January and have had no success as of yet. I have two collections on my credit that are both under $500 and I have already paid about that much and seen NO RESULTS. My repair specialist has been disputing these two accounts since we've started but month after month, we've heard nothing from the bureaus. I have to call in every month to get an update on what is going on and they pretty much just tell me that there is nothing they can do but wait for the bureaus to reply. This is not a cheap service and I am not convinced that they are doing everything in their power. I called one of the credit bureaus myself and the representative told me that they have not received any dispute letters so I am not sure what is going on. I do not recommend this service but will keep this post updated if anything changes.
