Scam site. Sells items they don't have, promising fast shipping that's not possible because .... they don't actually have the item. Takes your money and then doesn't answer phone or emails when you try to cancel.

Tired to order brakes, they sent 4 different emails typed my car information in 4 different times just to have another email sent to tell me they won’t ship for 25-30 business days and 2 more emails wanting me to do all that over again. I’d be careful this place gives me scammer vibes

Good pricing and initial customer service. However, good luck getting ahold of anyone when they drop the "this part is backordered for two months." They might as well not have a phone number because you can't actually get ahold of anyone.

Ordered $1500 KW coilovers, charged immediately. 1.5 months later still haven't received the parts. Emailed CS and they say i didn't acknowledge an email confirming fitment so they didn't fulfill the order. Now they tell me it's another 45 days before they ship. Never received this email. Why wasn't I refunded for the parts after 1.5 months??
And why confirm the parts? The entire order process required me to do EXACTLY that the first time!!
Beware, they're quick to take your money but that's about it. I won't be recommending Automotive Stuff or TDOT to the car club guys.
I'm very disappointed.

Scam!!!! customer service is absolutely horrible you cannot reach anyone via the phone if you’ve already placed an order but they accept phone calls for new orders??? I ordered a set of headlights only to find out a month later after calling them to find out where they were at but they were out of stock and I would have to wait another month to receive them. So I canceled the orderAnd I found the exact same headlights on Amazon and receive them within four days the worst part about this whole experience was when I asked for my refund I was told it was That they had to request it from the actual manufacturer which Megs absolutely no sense then after patiently waiting for someone to get back to me I did not receive the refund for over two weeks And about a dozen phone calls and emails. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!!!

Placed an order for a brake and rotor kit. Site stated it was in stock. Received an email the next day stating the shipment date has been pushed to 15-20 business days. Receive another email two days later saying that the expected ship date is March 1st of 2022. Tried to work with customer service to find a different product that can ship right away - no luck. Ask for a refund. Get told that they already paid the manufacturer and that they have to "REQUEST" to cancel the order, once it's been cancelled by the manufacturer THEN they can refund me. Until then, they are holding onto almost $400 of my money when they knew good and well that their inventory and resources would not be able to fulfill the order in an appropriate timeframe. Stay far away from this site and go else where.

Purchased a set of wheels from them at the recommendation of the manufacturer. Order was placed and fitment was confirmed prior to them shipping the order. They let me know this right away and kept in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. They were also available/replied quickly with any questions I had. Will definitely purchase from them again!
