We lost our son recently and were overcome with grief and sorting-out the seemingly endless details of how to properly care for him. ATX Cremation-Austin provided excellent service (at a very reasonable price, though it's difficult to consider money at a time like this). My wife and I want to especially thank and recommend CHELSEA MECKEL (Provisional Funeral Director) for her very sincere compassion and her endless efforts to tailor the experience to our cultural/religious needs. She was wonderful.

When our daughter suddenly passed away thousands miles from home we were completely devastated and at a loss what to do. Lynnette was amazing as she gently and patiently walked this difficult journey with us. She answered every question with compassion and thoughtful care. She was very responsive to my emails and returned phone calls within the hour. I highly recommend ATX Cremation.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This week we lost our baby daughter and we decided to have her cremated. We called the phone number from the website and we were put in contact with Lynette the director. We called around 430-445 because that was the only time we were able to have time away from everything. Lynette sounded rushed, told us she would get back to us in the morning in order to get our email to send us information. Lynette was obviously rushing to get out of staying late at work, although we didn’t realize it at the time. The next morning she never called so we called back. The lady that answered sent us back to Lynette’s line which went to voicemail. We still haven’t gotten any response. Losing our baby girl is already extremely difficult, we were not expecting to be treated so poorly and made to feel so unimportant during this time. It leads us to believe that if you aren’t cremating an adult than you aren’t worth ATX Cremations time.

Finding ATX Cremation was a Godsend. Lynette was with us every step of the way and ensured that my 19 year old son was treated honorably. She was so compassionate and knew exactly what we needed. In the worst moment of a parent's life, it was great to have ATX to depend on. Thanks, Lynette.
