We had a great experience with Atlanta Discount Blinds. The quality is top notch with fair pricing. Dave was responsive and helpful. Bruce who installed the blinds clearly took pride in his work. We would definitely recommend this company.

We are happy with the results of our blinds. However, the customer service/response could have been a little better. I understand this might be a side business but blinds are not cheap, so I want to feel secure that things are going to be done right. There were a few blinds that I wasn't pleased with, like the blinds over our back door. Every time we open and close the door, the blinds slam into the door. I've referred friends and family to Atlanta Discount Blinds, and have been told they didn't get a response.

Quality product and great professionalism. Can’t give it 5 stars because the turn around was wayyyyyy too slow however, I do recommend Atlanta Discount Blinds.

We purchased several blinds from Atlanta Discount Blinds, and found it very easy to work with Dave and Mark. We appreciated the fair pricing, and we liked the wide variety of available blind styles. Most of our blinds work quite well. When we had a problem with strings on two blinds, Dave ordered replacements at no cost.

It’s interesting, we used David and this company when we moved in 5.5 years ago- the price was right and they showed up and did a good job (I thought). Like today, about 2 years ago he sent an email asking for positive feedback.
I emailed then- and also had about a year after he did the work- we had issues with our blinds and the strings to pull them and lock- they were falling apart on about 30% of the blinds - and we did the entire house.
He was non-responsive the first reach out- then a year later he responded (the one where he wanted a review) and he was nice- said sorry for issues when I first starting reaching out- said he would fix them and follow up- then he went dark again until I reached out.....then he said the installers said it was out of warranty or something and they wouldn’t be responsible - and he offered no help.
It’s a big decision to use a small shop versus the big blind companies- it’s a risk and I certainly wish I used one of the other companies on my job

I am so sorry for your experience. As I mentioned in one of the communications, the fabricator I was buying from went out of business. That order was actually sold by one of my first installers. Dave is simply the best!!! We used his company to provide window treatments for our entire home in Sandy Springs. He is so considerate, professional, and honest. We would recommend him to anyone - not to mention, his window treatments look awesome in our new custom home.

Dave is awesome! He came to our house and was very knowledgable about the choices of blinds for our needs and budget. They were installed within 30 minutes and they look gorgeous and give us privacy as well as help reduce our energy bill!

I was moving from Newnan to Decatur and had driven to my house in Decatur to meet with Dave to measure my windows. After arriving at my house, I received this text, "I'm not going to be able to make it up. Can you reschedule? I've got way too much stuff to do for Christmas. I haven't even started my shopping for my family. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but is there any way I can reschedule?"

I was not able to reschedule and he did end up coming, although he was late. I was counting on having temporary shades put up before moving into a house with no window coverings since the website advertises this is provided at no charge. When I asked about this, he said he didn't have any with him and asked if I could wait around while he went to Home Depot. I did not have time to wait and he said he would pick some up and drop them off sometime that week.

Instead of dropping off the shades as promised, I received a message on my moving day stating that I would have to pick up the shades myself and he would give me a credit. In addition to the inconvenience, the credit he initially wanted to give me was less than the actual cost of the shades.

When my blinds and accordion shade finally came in and were scheduled for installation, one of them was the incorrect size and I had to wait a couple more months for that to come in and be installed.

I am satisfied with all the blinds, but the shade gets caught every time I close it and it's uneven at the top. I was told that it would even out after opening/closing it about 10 times. I hasn't. He did say he would come back out if it didn't even out, but at this point, it's just more trouble than it's worth.

Overall, the blinds are satisfactory, but it was a very inconvenient experience with little regard for customer service.

Definitely not another company. All my checks are made out to Atlanta Discount Blinds.
