Aspire Perimeter Apartments

I'v been a resident for a while and I must say thing have been taking a turn for the better. Ever since they hired a new maintenance team the property has been kept up, I see the young men cleaning up everyday and my service requests have been fixed in a prompt manner. They get to the job immediately. The office staff on the hand can still use some training as they just sit around when ever I have a concern they seem uninterested. They could also use an overnight officer while the office is closed, no one seems to regulate after hours there's always a lot of loitering when the office is closed.

I see they deleted lots of comments that were negative so I'll re-up mine (3 year resident). First, the bugs. They were everywhere. The apartment above us had to be evacuated due to roach infestation in walls. Next, the noise. Cars with loud stereos/exhaust always cruising through the property. And in warm weather people party at the pool all night. Like until 3 and 4 am. And the apartments are just not built well. You can hear actual conversations from upstairs/downstairs. That's the review I wrote a couple of years ago. Now it blew up. Told y'all.

My review is from the perspective of someone who was a potential renter. I didn't get a call back after putting in a tour request on the website requesting additional info (I had put one in again in case the first one didn't go through and heard nothing back). It looks like the available floor plans I was looking at are now leased, but how hard would it have been to reach out to me (there are other floor plans I would have been interested in)? I had reached out to a handful of apartments in the area. All of the other properties reached out to me within 24-48 hours max.

It's cool living here. My son and daughter enjoy the gym and pool areas. Having a garage at my apartment is great. COVID has been difficult for the apartments.

I recently moved from there and I'm giving it a 4 based on what you will likely experience as a tenant there assuming you take my advice and only move to a top floor apartment. I've never complained about upstairs neighbors yet two different people moved in above me and I was able to hear every single step . I had to try to call the office and try to speak directly to the people myself and the issue never got resolved and I just suspect it was just an old building or thin ceiling though it is nicely renovated. The other thing to note was just a little sloppy with the details like the gym for example was without cleaning equipment for a few weeks which isnt normally a big deal but we are still in a pandemic so that's why I have no choice but to mention that. Otherwise great property friendly staff, and you probably won't see a single roach the entire time you're there unlessyou are really mmessy with your trash.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this company. I was ignored from the moment I walked through the door and rushed through my tour. Not to mention the very rude service I received from the woman who acted as if she didn't even want to assist me. If this is how they handle their potential residents I can't imagine how they treat the families who already live there. I would not recommend this community to anyone.

I've been living at Aspire over a year now.I love it here.The amenities are great,it's very convenient having the fitness center open 24hrs!The maintenence men are very friendly and personable and I really appreciate how they keep the property clean.
