Aqua Pool built my pool ~ 14 years ago. They have serviced it and performed maintenance and repairs ever since. There was one year a switched to a local maintenance provider who was slightly less expensive -- it turned out he was not very good. I have switched back to Aqua Pool and they continue to do a great job at everything needed to keep my pool, clean, safe, and running. They are excellent. I highly recommend.

We were their second pool dig of 2021.

The plaster has failed, the site a mess, contract line items not fulfilled, and my favorite "sorry they're with a customer" when we call. Apparently they pick and choose which customers matter and I must assume those are the ones that still have remaining balances. We even threatened to withhold money and go through arbitration to which Jason responded "you'll lose". We now call daily looking to have the plaster fixed and Gianna passes us to voicemail saying Debbie and Grant are busy with customers. Chuck will eventually take the call and say they're working on it trying to contact Bella Pool Plaster out of New York and that they will be in touch(interesting that this has taken over 3 months with zero rectification as Gianna proudly boasted they service 30 pools a day).

This is 3 months of non stop calling and emailing on our end and they take the same approach, essentially hoping we'll tucker out and accept their poor performance as they already have all their money.

With years of experience, the applicator and Aqua Pool, believe the issues are not with the product or application but rather that something settled on the surface of the product AFTER the product was applied (something in the water or caused by water balance). The national Plasters Council has guidelines for curing the plaster which need to be followed carefully for the plaster to cure properly. Aqua Pool has offered to repair it with a proven method of creating an alkaline "bath" but the homeowner will not allow it. Unfortunately, we will not remove and replace the entire interior of the pool since the original problem was not caused by our team. We have offered to remedy it. We are hopeful that the homeowners allow us to do so. In regards to leaving the yard a mess, it is very clear in our agreement with this client that the constrict only includes "rough grading" when done. We did not have any agreement for landscaping and this was made very clear in writing and while negotiating the sale. It is always the case that a landscape contractor or similar must come in after the pool is complete to finish the yard. A new pool construction site is exactly that: a construction site. Landscaping is always required and we were not contracted to do such work. We are sorry this client is disappointed with the outcome and will continue to take his calls and stand behind our work.

I stopped in to get a part for my pool heater. They didn't have the part and promised to get back to me when they located one , better than their competitors up the street WHO told me to go on line and get part.

Just called again per the owner's response and as usual my call was ignored. There is no diligent work being performed in regard to addressing the construction defects. No responses to emails either. This pool was started in March of this year, the plaster job is impressively bad. I was told my "frustrations will be reported to my supervisors". I assume the young lady's
Supervisors include the owner.

We purchased our home last August which had a 30,0000 gallon unground pool. It was the first time I ever had to deal with a pool this size and I was relieved when I called Aqua Pools and they sent Rich over to get me up to speed on how to manage and understand the pool. Rich was also the most responsive and helpful during our recent renovation of the pool. Because of all the Covid hiccups with supply chain issues and worker shortages it was difficult to get straight answers and follow ups from the renovation department. But Rich would ALWAYS return my texts immediately and look into my questions. It was the only comfort I had during a long process. At the end of the renovation process he arrived with another co worker named Tyler to acid wash the pool, clean up, and seal an old fountain. They were both eager to assist me with all the questions I had and took the time to go over other aspects of the pool such as safety measures and filter maintenance. Rich's patience and willingness to listen and help is the kind of professionalism everyone should strive for. I look forward to when he is the service employee on call because I know he is committed to excellence and making sure the customer is satisfied.
