Already knowing the vehicle we wanted, we were able to do the bulk of the transaction online and over the phone. The vehicle was currently in-transit at the time. I made specific requests as to how I wanted it to be when we picked it up and asked that the paperwork be ready for us when we arrived at the dealership. When the car came in, the salesman notified us immediately and scheduled an appointment around our schedule. We found the car to be exactly how we wanted it to be and the paperwork was in order. It was very refreshing that the person in the finance office did not try to pressure us into the add-ons we didn't want. Afterwards the salesman, Jeff, explained the features we asked about, but did not waste our time with aimless rambling. Overall, this has been an exceptional experience!

The service department at Apple Valley Hyundai is the best! Jason and Darrell are super friendly and polite. Kambry even called me to follow up after I had my oil changed and tires rotated to make sure I was happy with the service department. The technicians are experienced and knowledgable and I will only get my Azera serviced here. Thanks so much!
