Diane, one of the owners, was super helpful and was able to get a technician to my house to do work on my electrical panel. Ariel was at my house in one hour with all of the equipment and materials necessary to complete the work. He answered any and all questions, made sure I understood and was professional throughout the visit. Very happy with every aspect of the work and communications.

Ricky and Jonathan were great! Highly recommend them!

Charged a price of $524.94 to diagnose a problem that they couldn't even fix. They weren't even there an hour. Also added a $25 credit card fee which wasn't discussed when paid. They said after the service fee to go out they would call for approval from us before doing anything after diagnosing, but never mentioned the price of diagnosing itself would be. Not a good way to retain business.

Davey , this work was completed on September 9th 2021 49 days ago , sorry to hear you now are dissatisfied. This work was completed at the UPS Supply chain warehouse, Ordered by Divisions Maintenance Group . We did diagnose the issue with the fan not working , as i had explained to you the switch was showing a fault code and needed to be replaced . Davey sorry that you now think that the quote you did approve was to much.

Jonathan and Ariel came out to my place and did a wonderful job today. They fixed everything from my house panel, ac pump, outlets, bathroom exhaust fan, and even new ground wires for my home.

They were pleasant to host while they worked and paid attention to every detail. My home thanks to them is now in great electrical shape and ready for years to come.

I would highly recommend A-lumination for any significant electrical needs you have!

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this company. I hate to push a family owned business but I'm just trying to warn others. Stay away. Over priced and has some major concerns with their business practices. Not professional at all. I wouldn't recommend.

Jimmy sorry We did not service you or have done any work for you our phone records do not match anyone with your name just like the one above I believe you have the wrong company . This is to our customers , these ( 4 ) one star reviews have not yet been taken down by Google yet ? and are untrue comments made by someone we never did any work for.
