A Consistent Cleaning Experience

I used A Consistent Cleaning Service for a deep clean before a party. Although it took a little back and forth to get a quote, sign the quote, and schedule, they were quick to respond to each message and it was setup pretty fast. On the day of the appointment 2 cleaners showed up right on time, worked hard and were easy to chat with to explain what I needed done. I would definitely use again.

I would say communication with ACCE was decent. The appointment setup and details were thorough, as well as follow ups. However, that's where good things ends.

Recently closed on the house, it had a clean from a different cleaner by the seller, but it was just a general clean, and I wanted to get a more thorough scrub.

My appointment was on a Monday while I was at work. When I got home, I noticed the front door was not locked and lights were left on. I started inspecting the service, considering this is a $575 package, my expectation was high. Unfortunately, I started finding problems. None of the blinds were wiped down, still covered in a layer of dust, the floor (laminate floor) wasn't touched, it still had pet hair and dust all over, the counter top weren't wiped down neither, I ran my hand over it and was caked in dust. It seems like the only cleaning that was done was vacuuming of the carpet upstairs, the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinet/drawers(maybe? they were pretty clean to begin with).

I emailed them regarding my dissatisfaction, giving them a chance to make it right, they responded within an hour or two, and came back the next day to fix the stuff they missed. Second time around, the blinds seemed to have been wiped down, kitchen counter tops as well. Up stairs counter tops however are still a little dirty, but I let that go. floor seemed clean at first glance. I decided it was alright at this point, until today.

Still not moved in yet, i wanted to do a quick sweep because I seem to still pick up dog hair on my socks when i walk around. I used a swifer dry pad, and this it turned out to be horrifically filthy... looks like they just went in to do a quick sweep and didn't really clean the floor.

In the end, I was thoroughly disappointed in the service, considering its quite expensive... The only reason i'm giving them two stars is because they had decent communication, the bathrooms SEEMS clean, the blinds are now wiped down, and most of the countertops are clean, too, after return service.

Would recommend this company and use again! They did a great job and have great customer service. Our house looked great. Thank you so much!

The cleaning team did a wonderful job. We live in a smaller home, but with a teen, a baby, and two dogs, we can make a big mess. We were overdue for a clean, but the staff had it shining in just a couple hours. Carpets fresh, no dust (and very little after settling...they were quite thorough), and surfaces immaculate, despite our encumbrance of "stuff" everywhere.

They were polite, professional, on time, and respectful of our things, our space, and our health (wearing masks where other cleaning services had not in the past). We will be using A Consistent Cleaning Experience again in the future.

Don't pay for the deep clean. Their maintenance clean won't even change the sheets or make all the beds (like the quote states). My husband wanted to jump after the terrible 500$ deep clean, but Geannie does make you feel like you can trust her so I stayed for the next routine clean... sheets weren't changed, only one bed made, floors not cleaned. Don't waste your money with these guys.

Shawna you had every right to leave this review! The ball was definitely dropped at your house which is very unfortunate for all involved. I will be reaching out to you to try and make this right. You were so gracious and understanding after the initial cleaning, which was and is still appreciated more than you know.

We've had a great experience with ACCE. I love how they have an online portal. You can get quotes, list of services rendered, schedule, pay invoices, etc. all online. This is very convenient for us and impressive organization for a small local business.

Their prices are fair, and the service is impeccable. Shawn has been prompt, communicative and overall a lovely person to have in our home. Especially right now, it's an awkward experience inviting someone to your house and asking for help, but a regular schedule with ACCE has made a massive difference in our physical and mental wellbeing.
