Add ReviewDO NOT MOVE HERE! When I first moved in things were going relatively well. It wasn't the most up to date complex, wasn't gated but my apartment was clean and reasonably priced for the area. Things have taken a drastic turn for the worse (especially since they changed management companies). I have not had hot water for two days and I'm told they don't have an estimate for when we will be getting some and there is nothing they plan to do to accomodate residents ( I have a small child who hasn't been able to bathe in days), one of my bathrooms leaks whenever the tub is used (the leak is coming from somewhere in the wall), I have water bugs all the time, and the apartment is literally falling apart but yet the rent is being raised. I will be moving sooner rather than later! Save yourself the hassle and find someplace else to live!Report
These people have failed to pick up trash in spite of a required fee. 400 Winchester looked like a good deal when I moved in. With the hidden fees I am not so sure. There is a $50 trash fee I have to pay even though I am close enough to throw trash into the dumpster.Report
They are now charging a "convenience fee" of up to $50 to pay rent by credit card or debt. The ACH option has been removed. There are other issues but I don't have time to list them all. They are choosing to non-renew rentals in order to update apartments. More money for them. I am not renewing.
I was planning to rent an apartment 9/7/2021, I paid my deposit and everything. As it go closer to the date I did not hear anything so I tried contacting the complex, I left several messages only got a response once. I decided not to move-in and still have not received a return of my deposit or a return call. I would just like to know if I am going to receive a refund.Report
Don't come here. New management came and made the place horrible and the front office girl is the worst. They don't listen to you and quick to talk rude as if they are doing you a favor by living here! My closet doors fell off months ago and guess what, yep! Still off.. Maintenance guy is ok. We like him but everybody else lies. Management is bad. Don't sign with these people.Report
went to my friends apartments and it was a major flood with sewer water … they apartments have not tried to accommodate her in anyway . It was literally water eveywhere and it's been a consistent issue . Definitely would not recommend living here!Report
Do not move here! ? They just changed management three weeks ago. They tore down their website one week and put up a new one the next week. They have changed their prices for a one bedroom apartment from $975 to $1375 in a weeks time. They lie and say that they are doing renovations but they're literally charging the same amount for the same apartment. New management gives them a reason to rip people off. This was the last apartment within VININGS that was reasonablyReport
priced. it's not even gated. IT'S A JOKE.
The woman I spoke with has an "elitist" attitude.
I'm assuming this new management doesn't believe in answering the phone or even giving us residents a reliable website or portal to view and pay our rent. However I am a resident of this complex and I need someone to contact about a credit I am supposed to have on my account ASAPReport

Good luck signing when you don't live in Atlanta. I requested a virtual tour option twice. Was told both times "oh we're having zoom issues." yet I'm a teacher and use zoom and nothing was wrong with zoom. Was told I would get a call back and didn't. Called the office multiple times and couldn't get in touch with anyone. Super unprofessional on all accounts. I'm sure its a great place but their office staff needs some upgrades. At least the dude I spoke with.ReportRe: Good luck signing when yo ... 400 Winchester replied on Tuesday, May 25th 2021Montenique, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
