I lived here for more than 3 years and had an average experience. You will likely pay lower rent compared to other apartment communities in the neighborhood but expect the following :
- Old and NOISY appliances (Old appliances incur higher utility bills)
- Old construction buildings (Expect to hear footsteps unless you are on the top floor)
- Lack of security (My car was broken into once, and the cameras were of no use)
- No useful amenities except for a pool
- Improper trash management (Expect to see lump of uncleared trash as soon as you enter the community)

The only reason to give 3 stars is because the ex property manager handled a noisy neighbor situation in a professional manner.

Overall you might be better off paying a bit more in neighboring modern communities offering better amenities and security.

Honestly love it here. FANTASTIC location. Never had issues moving in. Maintenance is fast and nice, so are the people in the office. Literally zero complaints.

Been living here for about 6 months and I can honestly say it is the perfect place for me and my fur baby Luna??. The location for the price is literally unbeatable. And it has such a honey feel to the landscape and atmosphere. Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking to live right where all the fun is at. :)

I'm not a resident, but had a bad experience here recently while apartment hunting. They had a unit available for a good price and I called in. It took a week of calling before someone finally picked up. Lisa gave me a quote and told me they can hold it for my move in date which was a month out. We then scheduled a tour for the next day.

It was raining. Hard. We went to the office but even with masks on we weren't allowed inside. We stood in the rain and got soaked while Lisa did everything inside. We then toured the unit and then sat in the rain for 10 more minutes while she was inside the leasing office again.

The whole interaction was uncomfortable as it was apparent that she really didn't care about us being there and whether I lived there or not. She wanted to get back to her desk as soon as possible.

She also said that no, they could only hold the unit for 15 days (this is fine as I know this is standard, but she told me something completely different over the phone).

I was disappointed with the whole experience and am glad to say I'm not living here.

I've been calling for a straight week, and leaving messages. They never call you back or answer an email. If your staff can't answer a phone in a week then I wouldn't trust you to help me find a place to live.

I don't think they want any business. They don't answer the phone nor return phone calls. I've been trying to schedule a tour but no one will pick up the phone. So that just represents poor communication.

The good: Management and leasing staff are some of the nicest human beings I've ever had the privilege of meeting. They were responsive, friendly, and all-around great people. Apartment was clean, spacious, and the kitchen layout was perfect. Maintenance was also very responsive. Nice thick walls - never had a noise issue.

The bad: My apartment got robbed. My back door got kicked in. IF YOU MOVE HERE, make sure door strike plates are secured and invest in a security system. Management was great and offered a move to another non 1st floor unit without penalty. My shower came without a showerhead (unfortunate, but fixable). Minor issues with my freezer. Location is not the best and I once had to call 911 after hearing multiple gunshots.

I've tried calling this complex on multiple occasions to make a tour, and not once have they answered. I even took the chance and stopped by and called at the gate box, and still no answer. I'll just tour every other apartment complex in midtown since you clearly don't want any business.
