Established in 2011. It all started with an idea that we can heal our bodies, grow as people, and that we are all here to contribute. Awaken For Wellness was started in Saint Paul, MN as a Multidisciplinary Wellness Center. With Massage Therapy & Bodywork at its core and a mission to inspire the world, Awaken For Wellness found the healing Infrared Sauna and it quickly gained recognition from the public. After offering IR Sauna Therapy to thousands of clients, Awaken began its journey into Floating. The combination of Massage, Floating, and Sauna has allowed our clients to heal from mental, spiritual, and physical challenges. We truly believe we can create purpose & passion from blending our innate desires, skills, & our individual journey. We must Heal & Grow first to optimize and contribute!
