First Bank Financial Centre (FBFC) is a full-service, independent, community bank. Currently Wisconsin's #1 SBA Lender, and a winner of the 2015 Top Work Places Award for the sixth consecutive year, FBFC has 13 full service branches and six loan offices. We are actively involved in the Grafton community by way of employee volunteerism, charitable donations, community events, and financial support for economic development. The North Shore Academy of the Arts, Ozaukee Family Services, Grafton Education Foundation, Grafton Lions Club, and the Grafton Chamber of Commerce are several examples to which FBFC commits volunteers and/or offers monetary support. We are committed to our local business community and have partnered with the Village of Grafton to establish a Downtown Loan Pool Program, which offers commercial loans ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 at a fixed 1% interest rate for either a 5 or 10-year term. Sweettrio and Renaissance Salon are just a few of the participating businesses that have benefited from the program.
