average stay near downtown seattle.Report
Stayed at this property for 2 nights..every staff right from front desk agents to housekeeping to food service attendants were rude, arrogant and unwelcoming.Housekeeping doesn't clean rooms during your stay and when we called for clean towels front desk asked to come down and get it(they blame covid for that but the previous agent did come upstairs and drop stuff off)Report
Breakfast attendant's sit down on the table right next to us and eat instead of serving and refreshing food while breakfast timing is still not done.
Key card to our room wasn't working and we were not able to unlock our room..called the desk twice to take a look at it but they refuse to come up and take a look.We go downstairs to the desk the night front desk agents (a lady and a guy) keeps sitting down and has no courtesy to stand up and provide customer service that they should. They make us run up and down for the inconvenience caused by them due to a battery issue in the lock.
Before checking out we find a "parking violation notice" on our car in their parkade inspite of paying for parking.
We booked 2 rooms and the parking was supposed to be charged to our room which was mentioned on checking in but it still ends up on the other room booked for our friend and front desk agent MO accuses us for giving her wrong information. Please learn to do your Job right first MO! You sure can look up all reservations booked under the same name! You should know that better!! So please check next time before you accuse someone
Shame on Marriott for charging people so much money and not maintaining quality and standard!
If you are a potential customer reading this please take your business elsewhere these people do not care and if you are One of the MANAGERS of the same hotel reading this please do something to improve the quality of your service!
Convenient location, clean rooms, great breakfast selection. Parking charges reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.Report
Negative: Lack of room servicing, low quality toilet paperReport
A down-to-earth, clean, friendly and overall nice place to stay on work trips and i'm sure for weekends away in downtown. A 1/2 mile away from anything of real substance (food, entertainment) however that appears to be compensated by cheaper prices. I'm not a fan of the 'no room service, even if you stay for 5 days, unless you bug us about it' under the generic guise of 'COVID', surely they could empty the trash cans each day. So that's the reasons for 4 stars. Will I stay there again, absolutely - would I recommend it as a must-go place if you wanted to be in the heart of downtown, no so much.Report
WARNING!!!! NEVER book at this hotel. They continued to charge several $100 dollars to our card weeks after our stay with NO logical reason. They are a total scam. 1 star Hotel at best. Class Action lawsuit pending.Report
Positive: The room was very nice and had everything we needed for a short trip to Seattle. The location was nice but expect that you have to take a bus or walk to Downtown Seattle for 10 min or so every time. Negative: Super unfriendly front desk staff (just one person though) The umbrellas they lend us were completely broken The first room that they assigned us had a clogged toilet. Someone used the bathroom (#2) right before we checked into the new room.Report
