Fancy and fun place to stay, right in the heart of downtown! Love how bug the windows were and the black out curtain it more private.

Beautiful and well maintained hotel in downtown Seattle. It's a bit far from Pike Market Place, but it's walkable.

We sat in the restaurant for 30 minutes and no one served us. We ent up to our room and ordered room service. Called twice to check on it. After 1 hour we were told that the kitchen didn't make it and couldn't make dinner. 2 nights later we ordered room service at 6. We were told it would be 30 minutes. After an hour we called to check on it again and they said "oh its taking about an hour". We then called a half hour later and were told it is taking about 2 hours. We still sit here waiting. The whole weekend has been an absolute embarrassment for a "nice" hotel. So disappointed......

Nice sized room and decently decorated.. Location little far from the core area where other hotels are located. I did not like the parking - very tight corners.
Also, had issues with the card not working for parking doors.

poor parking. most of the floors are for valet. plus they allow public parking at times there are no spots. wouldn't recommend suv and trucks as it is a low and tight fitting garage hard to maneuver

Great location, very friendly service, very good breakfast! The front desk also upgraded our room from the 100 dollars king bed room to a suite.
