Holiday Inn Express Ellensburg

Exactly what I have come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Clean and comfortable place to stay on a buisness trip.

We spent 2 days there before Thanksgiving and we weren't happy. The front doors broken the entire time. It made eating breakfast very cold and uncomfortable. The ice machine in the lobby was broken as was the water fountain. No tv guide. Had to guess where to find certain programs and the wifi would not connect to my electronic devices. It requires many things to be fixed.

A few of the amenities were not available (Ice Machine, Pool, Hot tub). In cold weather, the Hot tub in particular would have been nice. There was nothing on the web page indicating these amenities were Not available.

Room was nice and comfortable. Good location for pass through travel.

Nice clean room, easy entrance and close by food establishments. The continental breakfast was actually good! There were eggs, omelets, bacon and turkey sausage. Plus cinnamon rolls, pancakes and oatmeal. Again better then expected. All around great stay.

Nice and comfortable. Good price. Clean place. I would stay again.

Rooms were very clean, staff was excellent, breakfast was excellent

Stay was fine. Have been many times before traveling between Seattle

Everything was great, until I went to check out the Hot tub, It had a tarp over it and was empty, I REALLY wished I had called ahead and made sure the Hot tub was working, really would have made my long drive much better.
