I was referred to HCL by James River Transport. I received fantastic service from Ric and Jim for my commute to and from the Norfolk Airport. Both arrived early and dropped me off faster than expected! It took the stress away from guessing if I'd have reliable transportation for my mini vacation. ????

I would suggest just adding the license plate for the vehicle when you text the vehicle description in the future.

This was perfect for our 4 am trip to the airport - a great relaxed start for our vacation. Our driver was on time and very courteous. It was easy to make the reservation. Would highly recommend.

We have used Horseless Carriage over the years for airport transfers- most recently this week. I want to give a shout out of appreciation for their amazing service. Sherry picked us up at 3:15 in the morning for an early flight. She even showed up a few minutes early and texted us the night before to let us know that she would be our driver. On our return, the flight was delayed about 45 minutes and AJ, our driver, texted us that he was waiting for us by the baggage terminal. AJ was really personal and a great driver! The cars are always very clean and of high-quality. It's quite easy to book a ride. I have found Horseless Carriage to be very dependable, professional, and enjoyable.

Ray and Sherry the drivers were awesome. Arrived on time for pick ups and overall a very pleasant experience!

Horseless Carriage was wonderful. They communicate clearly to insure correct times. If flying, they check flight information, so there is no need to panic when flight times change. They are friendly and courteous. It was a stress free experience!

We used Horseless Carriage just recently. Ric was on time. He kept up with me and flight information all of the time during the week. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I will certainly use them again! It is nice to know that the part of the trip to get you home or the airport or wherever would not be an issue to worry about. He was very professional, courteous, and pleasant to talk to. He gave us piece of mind knowing that we didn't have to worry about that piece of the trip. I have heard of nightmares from other people using taxis, Uber, etc. Don't hesitate and book them when you need a ride! They are worth it!!!

I booked this service for my wedding. They were the cheapest service around and we found out why when my groomsmen and I entered the limo. It was a 90+ degree day and the limos AC was busted.Thank God we were only going a few blocks to the museum that i got married at. The sound system was shabby at best and the tint on the windows looked like my autistic 12 year old son did the job. To add to the prestige of our short ride. The glasses for champagne toasts looked like they had never seen a dishwasher. I would never book with horse and carriage again
