About Knox Audiology & Hearing Care

Owner and audiologist Carrie Knox, Au.D., CCC-A earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2003 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders in 2005 from James Madison University. She continued her audiology studies at James Madison University, receiving a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree in 2009. After graduate school, Dr. Knox joined ENT Associates of Tidewater, where she provided audiology services for Dr. John Lyle and Dr. Eugenia Gray for five years. Following Dr. Lyle's retirement, she launched Knox Audiology & Hearing Care in 2014 to continue to provide compassionate audiology and hearing aid services for the Suffolk area. Patients rely on Dr. Knox's warm approach to patient interaction, with one-on-one attention to hearing needs and concerns.
