Holiday Inn Express Richmond Airport

Despite showing one in pictures online there is no Pancake maker.

Just like home everyone treats you with open arms just like family they are my new family and I love them too

I stay here often because I have family here. I love the quality of the hotel and would recommend it. I just wish check out was a little later because we drive 5 hours to get here and rushing that early with kids is alot.
Other than that it's a great hotel chain

Had a nice stay. Room was cleaned. Evening lady who worked was nice. After 11pm there was no one at the desk for about 30 minutes we waited looked around and gave up. Breakfast lady was helpful very professional and welcoming she made our morning and only reason why I thought to leave a review. Breakfast bar was the best we've ever had. Except there was no pancake maker which was the reason why we booked it. So please get the pancake maker back for when we come back to visit.

Been here for 2h know line waiting on 1 room it takes 2h to clean your at the wrong job

if you like a comfortable bed this is NOT the hotel for you!

Front desk person was excellent great customer service
Only concern was that Breakfast could have Been better

I'm a very anxious traveler, so I was feeling very nervous being here, but the front desk ladies were super friendly and answered all of my questions without making me feel embarrassed. Good service
