Townside Construction Company, Inc. is a third generation master builder. Founded by Jerry Grubb, Sr. in 1966, the business has become one of the Valley's premier custom home builders. His two sons grew up in the family business. Jerry Grubb, Jr. is the construction manager and assures the outstanding quality of each project coordinating details of construction and maintaining a personal contact with each home buyer. Randy Gubb is a talented home designer, working closely with clients to create beautifully finished plans. The company is proud to have been consistently on the leading edge of building technology and has designed Construction Business Estimating software marketed through Builder Magazine.
