Polite staff, friendly and accomdating to my needs. Room was clean and very comfortable. Continental and hot breakfast available ?

Everything at this hotel is great, it's a two minute walk to the mall, movie theaters, restaurants, Walmart etc. The staff was the best I've ever seen, friendly and very helpful. The pool was awesome, as I had a grandchild with me and that wore him plum out. There is a continental breakfast and it is free. However I didn't realize when I grabbed the hot items, eggs, bacon etc. that, that was an extra $8.99 charge per person. However the food was great.

This is our first stay at this Holiday Inn and it's been EXCEPTIONAL!

Our front desk receptionist, Navante', was OUTSTANDING. She was professional and very customer oriented. Kudos to Navante'!

Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a perfect location with many restaurants, stores, etc in the near vicinity.

This is a conveniently located hotel in Christiansburg, VA next to the Super Wal-Mart and the Mall. When I first entered my room, there was a broken toilet so the desk manager moved me to another room; when that 2nd room was found to have a shower only, the manager personally came upstairs with a skeleton key to make sure that I got a room with a tub, as I had requested.My room was clean and comfortable.The breakfast buffet was tastey but the variety over the week I was there did not change. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing location! My family often stays here. One of the managers, Lexus, is always so sweet, helpful, and professional. We literally never had a bad experience here.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times on business trips to the area. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly and eager to assist. I stayed at this hotel for over a week during my most recent trip and I had to request additional towels and toiletries...there wasn't a placard to hang on the door to indicate the room needed servicing while I was out.

This is the first Holiday Inn I have stayed at where there is no hot breakfast. In fact the hot buffet was an extra $8.99. Every other Holiday Inn I have stayed at has had pancakes, bacon egg etc. this one had it but it was an extra $8.99. Might I also mention the hot Buffett for $8.99 was sitting around for a while and was dry and stale. Even a glass of orange juice was $1.99.

I always book this hotel when visiting. Service is amazing and breakfast is great!

The staff was great. Overall the room was clean. The door to the bathroom would not stay open. The shower door had a handle broken. In general the room was dated.
