Spire boot camp is a Salt Lake City boot camp for women and men of all ages and fitness levels. If you want to lose weight, lean and tone your body or just feel healthier than Spire bootcamp is for you. Operated by a certified personal trainer and group instructor. Unlike military boot camps, you will be encouraged, supported, and motivated to reach your fitness goals. Diet and nutrition consultations are included.

Spire boot camp has helped me lose weight and tone my body. The instructor is motivating and supportive, unlike military style bootcamps where they yell at you. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get in great shape. The people in the classes range from very beginner to advanced exercisers, but the instructor modifies each exercise so that everyone gets a great workout! I have tried a few boot camps in Salt Lake and this one has the best variety of workouts.
