We adhere to ANSI/IICRC S-500 and S-520 standards with respect to all mitigation & remediation work. All reconstruction is done to the standards set forth in the current adopted building code (IBC/IRC with state amendments). We will obtain all necessary building permits for reconstruction work. Materials are tested for asbestos and lead based paint as required prior to any demolition and/or reconstruction and follow appropriate procedures when removing or disturbing any materials containing hazards.

All employees are background checked and drug tested. Additionally we require all employees to be clean shaven with no visible tattoos. It is our policy to treat our clients, their homes and possessions with the utmost care and respect. As an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, we adhere to principles and practices contained therein. With respect to water-loss claims, our goal is to have consistently faster drying times than industry averages. We test moisture levels on a daily basis and always remove unneeded equipment as the structure dries. Our goal for each job is to do as little additional damage to the structure as possible and we employ the latest technologies in order to meet this goal. We will only remove building materials when it is the most cost effective or necessary way to dry the structure.
