Duke Dishonest liars Horrible build by Duke, lied about everything. Riley now is out and his Forman is running the company. Worst of our 4 home builds!

Unbelievable Had an awful experience with Duke building. Spencer is a saving Grace, but even his attention to the customer can’t hide Riley Duke’s negligence. Communication got worse and worse as we went through our project. The worst of it was that our house wasn’t even up to code when we signed papers for final payment. Riley refused to fix things.
Our exterior vinyl siding job is awful. Before signing, Riley told me he would have the contractors fix it. He never did. In some places around our home, we have exposed wood where the contractors didn’t even cover the framing of the home. Riley claims no responsibility and is completely unresponsive. He puts on a good show, but he’s not the real deal. We signed our contract in June 2020. At that time, Riley told us that he’d never done a home on an unimproved lot. I asked if we could look at getting a walkout basement put in. I was told they’d never seen that and didn’t know how to do it if our home wasn’t on a hill. Huge red flag.
