Horrible reception staff. We have been going here since April 2005 and the vets have been great, and the staff in the back was good. I called to get my pet seen as she had an infection in her ear they wanted to charge me an emergency fee (this was a Wednesday) because they didn't have any appointments available. Are you kidding me! Sad to see they didn't care who I was (a client of 8 years) and immediately said that. After telling them several times I would not pay that she explained it was there policy and she could wave the fee. Forget it I would rather find a vet that cared about my pet and my loyalty.
