About The Reserve
Our apartments come fully furnished including a full size washer and dryer in every unit. Each bedroom has a private bathroom as well. The rooms come with a Full size bed, and they are built high for storage space underneath and all the closets have mirror doors.
We are located approximately 1 mile from UTSA and have a bus that takes you to and from campus. We have a resort style pool, attached to our hot tub, with the sand volleyball court next to them. We also have two clubhouses that include fitness centers and computer labs that are open 24 hours. The front clubhouse also has a game room and a movie theater that you can rent out for parties.
Our movie theater has an HD projector with an XBOX 360, WII, and a Playstation3. Our game room has air hockey, foosball, poker, and pool tables, and arcades. We also have 56†Flat screen TV's if you just want to come down to watch TV.
We are pet friendly and our pet policy includes a $300 fee. It is also $30 per month to have the animal. We do not have a weight restriction but we do have a breed restriction. We are also adding a dog park soon!!
