Dr Desai and his team do an excellent job of keeping my teeth and gums clean and healthy. As someone who has major gum recession, I have to have my teeth cleaned 3 x a year. They do a thorough , professional cleaning and review!

I am not a big fan of the dentist but I felt very comfortable at this office. Staff was incredibly friendly and the place was extremely clean! Now to the good part…. A heatable massage chair, how relaxing while getting your work done right?!?!
The doctor is incredibly friendly and explains everything to you at ease. I had 100 percent trust while in his chair. I called around to get quotes and they are right on point if not less than a few outlier local places.

Dr.Desai provides excellent service and was quick to schedule an emergency appointment when my sutures came loose.

Dr. Desai and his team are the best in the business. I've had several large dental issues over the last few years. They have taken very good care of me. If I had to sum them up in 3 words I would say: Excellent, Compassionate and, Professional.

This is Dr. Desai, and given the severity of your claims, I would like to respond personally to address some of the information that you presented. During the course of any orthodontic treatment, issues can and do occur, and your particular case presented multiple issues that started prior to your first visit with us. Due to the nature of tooth movement, the physical movement of teeth in and out of the bony plane, soft tissue issues can occur, and complete resolution is not always possible. We documented and addressed each of these issues prior to treatment, and would have been more than happy to continue helping you with them, however we have not seen you for treatment since June 2019. We are alarmed about the inaccurate assessment you received from another periodontist and want to address this with you directly to ensure you get the best possible treatment for your condition, as the position of your teeth from June 2019 to now, will be completely different. Most periodontists would be aware of this as they would also be aware that treatment of soft tissue issues during orthodontic treatment is common. Moreover, to address contacting us, we do have an overwhelming number of phone calls due to Covid related issues, however, all of our lines have voicemail boxes, and we do have emergency numbers for each of our doctors. Please call our main line and ask to speak with Jessica so that we can resolve this matter and possibly identify some of the information that was presented to you elsewhere. - Dr. Rishin N. I didn't appreciate the nurse pulling her mask down below lip level to talk to me right after my son told her I have been extra careful about covid. My husband is immune comprised and it's important for my family to feel safe. Obviously she didn't hear a thing we said or just was one of those people who only care about themselves. My son will not be receiving his procedure here.

Mary, we're very sorry to hear about your experience. At Central Texas Periodontics, we take the health and safety of our patients extremely seriously, and our staff has vigilantly adhered to all CDC precautionary guidelines. All of our staff members are required to wear masks at all times, including during our interactions with your son. We do a daily temperature check of our staff and patients, require patients to call before entering the building, and minimize patient interactions. During your son's visit, we did not interact with anyone else, per his request, which is why we would like to better understand what happened and resolve the issue promptly. Outstanding service. I have used CTP for several years due to a substandard dentist doing poor work on my teeth. Slowly but surely CTP has been fixing my teeth. Though not a very thing is covered by my insurance, they explain cost vs longevity of my teeth. I recently move 40+ miles from their office but still go to them. I broke a tooth and they made time to quickly evaluate me and schedule a procedure to correct it. Everyone at that practice cares about us. From the professional receptionist, dental techs and the doctor. Well done!!
