Hello, This is Steve Francis. I am contacting you in reguards to an issue I have. My wife and I both got dentures from your facility. We both signed legally binding contracts and paid cash up front for our services. Reguardless of your current policies, our contracts state that we recieve a soft reline as well as an additional reline. My wife was in recently and your staff argued with her and said she had to pay for her second reline. Then after she showed the paperwork she was told you would go ahead and do it even though your policy supposedly changed. So she made an appointment and had it done. Then your staff has the nerve to charge us full price plus a panoramic exray she didn't even recieve, and also bill it to my current insurance without either of our consent? Just FYI I never recieved any lining whatsoever! I am really trying to be courteous here, however, I want an explanation, and am very persistent. We honored our end of the deal and paid quite a bit of money to be treated like this, you need to fix this. You are committing a form of insurance fraud as well as not upholding a contract. My cell is on file there, and my email works just fine too, if it's not taken care of, I have no problem spreading the word or preceding as necessary.
