I purchased a mini split AC unit this past year from East Texas Refrigeration, Inc. in Longview, TX, and I am so impressed by the Trane units performance. The owner and technician's understanding of the product plus their customer service response is outstanding. I switched my 2 existing AC units service to ETR because of the knowledge and integrity of the technician, Royce. He is always prompt, courteous, and checks the units, inside and out extensively.
