I bought 2 Xbox 360 consoles from the owner Frank Wayayeo (BTW Better business bureau states company owner as Frank Ruiz) at $250+ (plus $77 worth of backup service discs). 1 of the consoles was dead on arrival. I sent it back at my cost (another $16) because Frank said he'd send a replacement console out to me asap.
