Adult Boot Camp – By mixing strength training with intense cardio work, we can put your body in the best shape EVER! Every day is different and every muscle is challenged. Everything you thought you couldn’t do just became doable! All levels of fitness welcome!

Cardio Hoopdance – Love to Hoop! Use fundamental hoopdance moves combined with squats, lunges and other toning moves; giving you a complete cardio workout while sculpting your body.

Gentle Flow – A sweet, slower flow which links the breath and asana. A combination of traditional yoga poses and Sun Salutations bring mindfulness to movement in this class. Suitable for beginners, people with specific limitations or seasoned yogi’s.

Gentle/Meditation – Incorporates traditional yoga asana, breathwork and mediation opening the body and stilling the mind. Leave class feeling relaxed and refreshed for the rest of your day.
Appropriate for all levels. Explore a different meditation technique each week. No sweat required!

Hoopnotica – Level 1 educates you in the basic fundamentals. Move beyond your waist for a total body, core-conditioning system. Level 2 challenge – Seriously sculpts the entire body.

Kids and Teens Boot Camp – Ages 7-12 or 13-17 classes are designed per age group. Students will learn the importance of daily exercise, eating healthy foods and how to perform to their fullest potential in all areas.

Kids Yoga – Ages 4-7 Creative way to develop important gross and fine motor skills. The use of animated poses and basic stretching promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.

Lunchtime Yin Yoga – Deep stretching; Yin postures are held longer to help connective tissue of our joints to be activated. Leave class feeling like you just had a deep tissue massage. No sweat required! Enjoy a 10 minute meditation.

Pilates Focuses on proper alignment of the spine and strengthening the deep “core” muscles with controlled, precise movement. It’s practice results in keeping the body balanced with strong lean muscles and improving flexibility and strength for the entire body.

Power Flow – A vigorous style of yoga designed to develop strength, coordination, and balance with movement using powerful asana to take you to your edge. Knowledge of poses recommended.

Prana Flow® – Students of all levels are empowered to experience Prana – The universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence – as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living.

Smile Yoga – Consists of breathing techniques, warm-ups, and asana designed to put a smile on your face. Suitable for all yoga levels.

Treadmill – Tread N’ Shed – The best of cardio training! 45 minute class is designed to burn fat and increase your cardiovascular capacity; interval drills, speed work, and hills!

Vinyasa Flow – Breath synchronized with movement which interlinks postures smoothly, like a dance. Expect a diverse movement orientated class.

Weekend Warrior – Asana focuses on deep releasing overworked, tight muscles and breath work helps calm the mind. This is a non-spiritual, mostly floor based class designed for all levels.

Zumba Fitness – A fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms, cardio and easy-to-follow moves. The routine feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body.
