Mediocre hotel. I've stayed in much nicer Holiday Inns; HOWEVER, the staff was very friendly, which goes a long way. The room was clean. The bed...hard as a rock. I don't want to sink into a mattress, but that thing was for cavemen. The bathroom wasn't in great condition. Grout missing from tiles and the faucet in the tub wasn't even flush with the wall. Probably a 2 inch gap. Minor details, I know. Again, it was clean and staff was super friendly. There were no major issues.

Very clean and great service

The hotel is dark, dingy and old. Has an odor. Stains and signs of wear and tear throughout hotel. Needs a good facelift / cleaning.

The experience at Huntsville was good, and I filled out and registered for "stay twice and get 10,000 bonus points and confirmed 0n 11/11/21. I spent the nights of 11/11 and 11/12 at lake charles, but when I got my rewards statement on 11/19, it certainly didn't show up. Also, I had to prepay for breakfast at the Lake Charles hotel and it was ready on the second morning as I was preparing to leave. Good impression!!!!!! It appears your program on points is a joke!!!!!!

My room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.
