We are an independent commercial insurance agency located in Houston's Greenway Plaza area. Southgate specializes in the needs of commercial property owners as well as multi and single family investors. Owned and operated by fellow real estate investors, we understand the unique needs of our clients. As independent agents, we are free to shop the market of different A-rated insurance carriers to match our clients with the best programs for their needs and budgets. We specialize in all commercial properties, including apartments and strip centers, as well as single family rental units.
