We were in a panic as to how to care for him at home when we were advised that he would be released from Maywood Care Center into the care of my 83 year old mother. He suffered from congestive heart failure and his condition had deteriorated to the point that he was bedridden and too weak to assist in his care in any way. Not only would my mother be caring for him, but she was also caring for my 89 year old aunt, who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease.
