Holiday Inn Express Henderson-Traffic Star

We stayed in the "Family room". We had 2 queen beds and a King. It worked out great for what we needed. No complaints,I would stay at this hotel if I'm ever back in Henderson, no hesitation. The lady the checked us in the night of the 19th, was wonderful, she went above and beyond. The rest of the desk clerks were not so nice but that's ok, we had everything we needed.

Will be back when working in or near this area I am getting tired of this review

Had difficulties connecting to the hotel wifi, even tried hard wiring to the internet port, and nothing worked during my whole stay that I needed the internet for work. I had to work outside of hotel to connect to the internet. There was stains on the carpet in the room.
Other than that, the hotel provided a great breakfast and a friendly cleaning crew.

We are sorry to hear that internet was not working for you we have a support team 24 hours if you had called they would have solved your issues. As fair as the carpet we have clean that stain we are sorry about that and have addresses to our teams. Steve patel.

We had a great stay. Good breakfast good surroundings and friendly staff. Will be back when in area again

The staff here are incredibly- they are so kind, funny, friendly and helpful. They treat you like family.

Great location in area to stay. I do not understand why my review has to be so many words. Simpler is better.

Everything about this Holiday Inn Express was exceptional. I felt like I was at home and I will use this location again in my travels.
