Horrible.. Just horrible! I reached out to WPD on 1/25/24 to confirm that they had the parts I need in stock. It was confirmed by Tyler that they had 4 in stock of the left strut and 68 in stock for the right strut so I placed the order immediately as I have been trying to find them since Aug 23. Standard shipping is the only thing referenced on their website. It stated that I would receive my order from 2/8/24-2/12/24! I reached out immediately after placing the order asking if they would PLEASE send it out with expedited shipping because this is an emergency and that I would HAPPILY pay whatever cost but nope! They refuse to send it that way regardless that this is a true emergency. It took them 4 days to confirm the order. It's now been a week and it still has yet to ship! This company is in TX. I live AZ. It should NOT take 2.5-3 weeks to receive my order! It is 100% crap and I will not be spending my hard earned money with this company again and neither should anyone else!

Horrible company to buy from "Stay clear of this company....You'll regret ordering from them. I received a broken part from them due to poor packing. The rear differntial was full of oil and leaked all over inside the box and packaging and even leaked thru the box. I didn't think parts could be shipped with hazardous fluids. Called them as soon as I noticed damage to the part. No reply for 2+ weeks after 2 emails, a text to them and 2 phones calls leaving a voicemail. Had to get Visa involved. After he lied to Visa saying the damage was caused by me I now have a $1347 part damaged that I have to pay to have fixed. They are known for sending damaged goods, not packaging properky and no communication once they have their money. Read their reviews. You've been warned"
