I am very grateful for the friendly staff, the location of this hotel, the amenities that it offered, amazing comfortable beds, the delicious breakfast.

The staff was very friendly. I was really looking forward to soaking in the hot tub and relaxing. I was disappointed that it was closed for the season. Enjoyed being able to walk across the street and be on seawall and beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Online I reserved a King sized bed and we got into a double bed. That I had to keep going to the front desk for a new room. 1 room wasn't even ready, 2nd room had people in it. The lady at the front desk needs to be trained properly.

We needed somewhere for our family to sleep before cruising. I found this property and decided to give it a try. The location across from the beach along with the price point were big draws. The hotel was great! The front desk staff were very friendly, the housekeeping person I talked to was friendly and accommodating and staff appeared to be keeping the dining area clean during breakfast. The big downsides were the garage parking was closed for repairs, the tub shower was very slick and no handle to prevent falls (thankfully, none of us did) and the eggs served at breakfast were not good at all (but there are other options). We will definitely be back for the next cruise and hope the garage parking is open then, handles in the shower would be a plus and we can live without eggs.

This was a trip to relax and unwind. We are now retired and this is our first fall beach trip. Our stay was great. The rooms were really clean, our view had a balcony and the view was just beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they let me bring breakfast up to my hubby in our room. We really enjoyed our stay here.
