Seton's Cancer Care Collaborative (CCC) is a unique resource for cancer patients and their loved ones, offering an innovative approach to cancer treatment. Our goal is to help you cope with your diagnosis by empowering you to take an active role in managing your own health. Our team provides, support, education, screening and encouragement throughout your treatment. With a referral from your health care provider, you can receive this supportive care and other screening services.

The CCC includes multidisciplinary cancer care conferences (MDCs) and clinics, connecting a wide range of care providers - surgeons, radiation and medical oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, dietitians, nurse practitioners, research nurses, nurse navigators and other specialists - to review each patient's case and develop an individualized treatment recommendation based on national guidelines. Specially trained oncology nurse navigators guide patients and coordinate care services through the cancer treatment experience.
