Appliance Repair 512

It's nice to see Danny Katz the owner of Appliance Repair 512 has time to write a review about his own company but can't find the time to call back a unsatisfied customer that has been calling leaving messages for him for over a week now. Oh they will come out the same day to get a check from you but good luck getting them back out to your property afterwards. I paid this scam of a company a couple hundred bucks for a repair that didn't fix the problem and we could never get them back out to our property to find out the real problem with my dryer and fix it. We asked for a refund from the office kid Michael who knows absolutely nothing about everything concerning their business except that their company has "NO MONEY" to refund us or anyone else. We have spoken to the boy wonder in the office everyday for over a week now and he's in a rush to get off the phone every time and promises to have the owner, the repair guy, or himself call you back but no one ever calls you back. If it weren't for Danny Katz giving himself a 5 star rating he would have a solid 1 and I'd give him a big fat 0 if this site allowed me too. BTW Danny Katz I'm going to do whatever I can to tell everyone possible what a crap scamming organization you have. Your dishonest ways will catch up to you!

Ivan from 512 was out to my house that night and didn't act like he was doing me a favor. Anyway I'd recommend these guys from their good nature and prompt service.

After two weeks of dealing with their horrid customer service, I asked for a refund for a payment for a part I made in advance. They agreed. No refund provided. No return calls or emails. I paid for a part they didn't deliver. They have $550 dollars of my money & will not refund part of it as agreed. A nightmare. Run!
