Boost Gymnastics has been serving the Nashville community since the early 1980s! Located in the Belle Meade area of Nashville, Boost Gymnastics offers high-quality gymnastics classes and programs for children of all ages. Our classes and programs are designed to provide your child with the best possible instruction in a safe, healthy, and fun atmosphere. We want our students to take advantage of all the great benefits this great sport has to offer. Our 13,000 square-foot gymnastics facility is designed to accommodate all levels of students. Our goal at Boost Gymnastics is to promote discipline, self-confidence, strength, agility, and coordination in a wholesome atmosphere while introducing the sport of gymnastics. Our approach is designed to motivate & challenge school-age children to develop specific skills. Classes and programs focus on gymnastics skills coupled with flexibility, safety, concentration, listening, teamwork, social skills, balance, rhythm, and spatial awareness. Children of all ages will benefit from the Boost Gymnastics experience! Boost Gymnastics offers both a school-age recreational gymnastics program as well as a competitive team. We offer an elementary school-age after school program and continue to expand our offerings by hosting gymnastics-themed birthday parties, seasonal camps, open gyms, private lessons, and Kids' Night Out. Our gym has served, and continues to serve families with quality gymnastics instruction and training, innovative programs, and a well-rounded curriculum supporting healthy, happy children.
