The owner of this Skydive Center has been affiliated with a company called 1 800 Skyride based in Cedartown and Kennesaw, Ga for many years. This company (Skyride) has been running a scam for over 10 years that works by using deceptive advertising and websites to scam the money from potential customers and leads them to believe that they will receive their skydive near their home, no matter where they live, then the customer tries to redeem the gift certificate and learn that they have to travel for sometimes over a thousand miles to Atlanta, even though it was advertised to be near their home. This is the same company who has advertised fr years to offer skydiving, hang gliding and other venues in Chattanooga for years, but after the customer buys the tickets, they are told they have to travel to Atlanta to receive their services.
