I'm only giving 2 stars, and here's my why. I stopped in here to ask about buying some vinyl siding. The lady (name unknown) who came to the door told me they (Mr. Roof) don't sell vinyl siding. I'm adding this in that the lady who did come to the door was friendly and courteous, and she did try to help me. Yet I'll be danged right in the grass next to the road is a Mr. Roof sign advertising "now hiring vinyl siding crews". Now how do you not sell vinyl siding yet a business wants to hire installers? I'm glad I didn't spend any money here.

Hey William! I apologize that you did not have an excellent experience. As you could imagine, we custom order our materials from factories and suppliers. We don't have a warehouse that houses materials for sale. Your best bet is to find a material vendor or supplier that carries the materials you are looking for. This is a standard practice in our industry as we are siding installation professionals, not a manufacturer or wholesale supply yard. Hope that makes sense! Best,

Had a new roof installed 10/20. Simple, easy and fast.
Had noises coming from the roof February 2021. Called to get someone to come out and inspect it. After call, email I was told they would come out. Never happened
Noticed a wet spot in my hallway on 8/2/21. They sent someone out, took a picture of the INSIDE SPOT and nailed the Ridgeview down. Mr Kevin was to call back about the WET ceiling in the hallway. Mat came out on 8/12/21 took another picture said someone would be sent out in Monday or Tuesday. Katie, told me that they don't do inside work 8/18/21.

We had Mr. Roof come out to give us a bid. Brandon was to return to show us roof tile options and their bid. He canceled at the last moment blaming it on traffic. We never heard back from him after leaving follow up messages on his cell. Got the message machine at the office also. In reflection they did us a favor because we know their lack of initial customer service is a reflection of their on-site service no doubt. We called someone who cares as an alternative option !!!
