Our beautiful new facility is less than 2 miles from Parkridge East Hospital, making us a perfect choice for individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and post-operative recovery. When the original Life Care Center of East Ridge opened in 1972, it was one of the six original Life Care Centers of America facilities and was the premier nursing home and rehabilitation center in East Ridge, for more than 40 years. Our newly rebuilt facility opened in the same location in Spring 2017 and continues the tradition of helping patients regain as much independence as possible and tailoring individualized care for each resident's needs. We now feature inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation in a 4,000-square-foot rehab gym, with 24-hour skilled nursing care and an in-house team of therapists and nurses that uses state-of-the-art equipment, modalities and treatment programs.
