Sterling Craft Plumbing & Bath was founded in the fall of 2014. We started this company because we knew we could do things differently than the high priced providers of the Upstate. Top heavy companies with ridiculous overheads to cover were robbing people of a high quality experience at an affordable price. Shane and Amanda knew they could offer something better.

Utilizing their own skills to keep overhead down they built Sterling Craft Plumbing & Bath by hand. Shane created the brand beginning with our web presence, marketing campaigns, apparel, and devoted himself to creating the best customer experience we could.

Delivering on this goal starts with answering the phone Every Time. Showing up on time ready to do the work. Addressing what you called us out for first, but also letting you know about other things you may need to be aware of and ensuring you know all the options available to you. This takes a team and that is where Shane's wife Amanda stepped up. She is who you will talk to when you call Sterling Craft Plumbing & Bath. We worked out of our home for years before finding the right property that could cover its own costs by renting out the office space we didn't need when we outgrew our space. We hired a clone of Shane when the work became too much for one person to keep up with. Nick is our right hand man.
