City Builders: A History
City Builders was co-founded by Olin McKee in 1957. Mr. McKee owned the business until 2007, when it was acquired by Jeff Hagins of Porter Belk. Today, these two companies work together to provide quality building materials, lumber, roofing supplies, and windows to builders and remodelers in York, Lancaster and surrounding counties.

Porter Belk Lumber Co.: A History
Porter Belk Lumber Co. was founded in 1922 by Mr. Broadus Porter. It was incorporated as Porter-Belk Lumber Co. with three principals listed in 1937 and remains a family-owned operation. Jeff Hagins, grandson of Angus Hagins, is the third generation of his family to operate Porter Belk.
