"This company is a huge diappointment. We ordered a poster stand and it arrived with parts missing. I called Displays to Go to inform them of the problem. The cuatomer service rep and manager agreed to ship the missing parts. They refudsed to ship overnight/next day. I expalained the urgency and the need to have the stand complete for shipping so that it made the show on time. They still refused to ship that day stating it was too late--it was 10:30 am. I called them the next day and the parts will still not shipped. This comany has poor customer service. You are foolish if you use this company. "
