I started struggling with my health while still working. I got to the point where I could not longer work. I had to get bi-lateral hip arthroplasty among many other health concerns. While I did have health care I had no income. I relied on my savings, family and friends. They could only help so much. I went and filed for Disability (SSDI) and was turned down the first time I applied. I did not feel comfortable handling on my own. I had the pleasure of meeting a woman several years ago named Irianna Blitshtein. She gave me her card and said she was an attorney who handles Social Security Disability. I kept the card in my wallet and found it! It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. After I was turned down, I called the office of Blitshtein & Weiss. The firm represented me from start to finish the whole appeal process. Diligently keeping up with all of my paperwork and procedures. It was such a tough time health wise but I had the best professional firm representing me. Through hard work, great record keeping and empathy I had the best team I could have ever hired. Everyone at the firm was so caring and professional. When it came time for my SSDI hearing I just followed their lead and was successful in obtaining a successful decision that changed my life. If anyone is applying for disability or having any issues with an appeal, I would highly suggest you contact them. They helped change my life around so much for the better. I truly can not tell you how much that having the right people represent you mean. I heard horror stories, failed attempts and heartbreak. I was fortunate not to have none of that.The Attorneys at Blitshtein & Weiss successfully won my case through extremely hard work and always went to the extreme to make sure I was always informed which made me thoroughly content.
