We purchased not even a month ago a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Everything was great, very happy with the service. Just ran into an intermittent issue where the dash was blacked out, haven't even made our first payment yet. Contacted the dealership and were told it was at their discretion whether or not we'd have to pay for the repair. Granted, we didn't purchase an extended warranty (just gap insurance) but considering we just took the vehicle off their lot not even a month ago, sucks we're already having issues with the vehicle. Lesson learned!

Great experience again with the Service Department. Everything went very well and as expected. They understood my concerns and addressed them all during this warranty repair appointment. Dwayne in particular always does a great job. I live 45 minutes away and have tried more local dealerships for service and ended up returning to Providence Autos. Good customer service is hard to find and for me it's worth the trip to avoid the aggravation from the silence that comes from calls and emails not being returned to other dealerships. Great job Providence Autos!

I booked a service for my truck. They were able to complete it in a timely manner. They provided refreshments during my stay. The staff were professional and friendly. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to others.
